Cancellations from STORE
All Payments are processed at the t he the customer places the order. In case of cancellation or the restaurant staff being unable to process your order , the order will be cancelled and customer will be notified. The refunds for cancelled orders are processed by the payment processing company ( 3rd Party ) and are automatically refunded within 2-3 working days .
Customers are advised to select the store location carefully. Please note that once you have placed the order and the same is confirmed by the store , the location for pickup can not be changed and the order can not be cancelled
Cancellations by Customer
Once the order is confirmed by the store, the customer can not cancel the order or request for a refund once the order is already processed by the store. Kindly be patient and expect preparation time between 30-60 minutes during normal hours and up to 90 mins during peak hours as every thing is processed fresh and each order is placed in a queue on first come first served basis.
Select your items from the menu and add to cart. Process the payment using the secure payment processing system online
Head to the Store only once the order is confirmed and Estimated Time of Pickup is Provided
The Restaurant staff will confirm your order based on the availability of items and Preparation time. Please note that the orders are made fresh and pickup time will be suggested on the order confirmation message based on the selected items. It may take anywhere between 30-60 Mins during normal hours or up to 90 mins during busy hours
Once the Order is Ready for PICKUP and completed, Customer will be notified via TEXT /SMS and they can come inside the store to Pickup . Please do not come inside to pick your order before the estimated pickup time has reached or you have received the text message indicating the food is ready for pickup.
